Lightview: [Closed] LightView Crash with IE8

    Hello Nick, It compliments for lightview. I have a problem I have found an error using IE8 Beta with prptotype.js (ver.1.0.6.3) that it does not make me to leave light vew. this error e' also on yours main page always to the same line of code. how I can resolve it? I have tried also with the version of prototype 1.0.6.3 and downgrade versions The error is introduced also on yours main page.

    The short answer: IE8 is still in early beta, any time I spend on it right now is a waste of my time.

    Lightview will work in compatibility mode at the moment, although I think IE has a lot to fix for that mode to work properly. In IE8 beta 2 VML has been removed, the thing that makes it possible to create rounded corners on IE. There's is no news from Microsoft on a replacement or reimplementation of this, it would be so much easier if IE implemented Canvas like all the other browsers.

    Unfortunately that is not the only problem with IE8. Like many other developers I'm very disappointed in the IE8 beta's so far, I'll wait for it to mature before looking at it again.
