90% of support requests are related to not following the installation instructions properly. If you want to get support make sure you've followed those instructions for a successful installation, also read the documentation carefully. If that doesn't solve your problem:

• Provide a page that shows the issue and describe how to replicate the problem or I won't be able to give support.
• Make sure your page validates using validator.w3.org and that is has the doctype set shown in the installation instructions.
• Search for related threads, the problem might have already been addressed.
